HOMES FOR SALE
We partner with the Yamhill County Affordable Housing Corporation (YCAHC), a designated 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, to obtain properties at a discounted rate, rehabilitate them and then sell them at affordable, below market prices to eligible low income families.
We have carefully piloted this program since 2005, initially working with a Landlord that needed a tax write-off more than an income profit. Once presented with our first opportunity, as approved by both the HAYC and YCAHC Boards, we moved quickly to address escalating home prices by acquiring homes at below market price.
