When something in your home or apartment needs repair, notify the appropriate office at your first possible convenience. All routine or non-emergency repairs must be made in writing by completing our Maintenance Request Form and turning it in to your complex office. Remember to include your name, address, callback number and whether or not the maintenance person has permission to enter if you are not at your residence.
