Report Changes

Remember to let us know about changes that affect your household. You need to tell us in writing within 10 business days, if:

  1. Your income has changed, OR

  2. Someone plans to move into or out of your household, OR

  3. Anything else has changed that may affect your housing assistance.

If you cannot use our form, write us a brief letter about the change. Be sure to include your name, social security number, and the name and mailing address for your employer. You can mail us the information, fax it to us (make sure to address the fax to your Housing Specialist) or bring it into our office in-person. Thank you!
